1. Overview
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Maison Oak LLC through https://maison-oak.com.
Maison Oak releases products in limited production waves. Estimated shipping windows are communicated at checkout and may be updated if production timelines change. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment may occur in batches.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship to addresses in countries supported at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain destinations for legal, logistical, or fraud-prevention reasons.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Processing begins after payment confirmation and order verification. Because items are produced in limited drops, shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees.
You will receive order and shipping confirmations by email when your package is dispatched. Carrier transit times vary by destination and service level selected at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, will be stated at checkout.
5. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly at the email below; we will work with you and the carrier on a reasonable resolution.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are limited-edition and often made to order or allocated by production wave, returns are limited as follows:
- Unopened, unused items in original condition may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to inspection and restocking where applicable.
- Items that show wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
- Custom, final-sale, or clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Color or edition changes after order placement are not guaranteed and depend on production stage—contact us as soon as possible.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
8. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at the address below with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
10. Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet entered production, we may allow cancellation upon request. Once production or allocation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
