1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://maison-oak.com and related services offered by Maison Oak LLC ("Maison Oak," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Company Information

The Services are operated by Maison Oak LLC, a private limited liability company registered in the United States.

We communicate electronically only. We do not publish a physical mailing address. Official contact: the email address in Section 14.

3. Products & Independence

Maison Oak designs and sells limited-edition wrist bracelets and related accessories compatible with certain collectible timepiece formats.

Maison Oak is an independent maison. Our products are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by Audemars Piguet, AP, Swatch, or any other watch brand or trademark owner. References to compatible formats are descriptive only.

Product images, colors, and materials may vary slightly due to production, displays, and photography. Minor variations are not defects.

4. Limited Drops & Availability

Products are offered in limited production drops. Availability, allocation, and production windows are displayed or communicated at checkout and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse or cancel orders (including suspected fraud or reseller activity), and modify or discontinue products.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and import fees for international shipments.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy at https://maison-oak.com/en/shipping-returns (and equivalent localized paths), incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software—is owned by Maison Oak or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or customer data without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAISON OAK LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Oak LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction under mandatory local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
